DKDP(磷酸二氘钾)是一种非线性光学材料,通常用于Nd∶YAG激光器在室温下的两倍、三倍和四倍,通常它们的晶体具有>98%的氘化值,材料的高电光系数使其有能力成为电光调制器、Q开关和Pockels电池的优良材料。

 

该晶体的工作波长范围从390nm-1400nm,可以长到很大的尺寸。同时也是柔性材料,因此它们可以使用广泛的源进行泵浦。通常,2型DKDP晶体用于二次和三次谐波产生相位匹配,而1型DKDP晶体用于四次谐波相位匹配。
