Nd:YVO4(掺钕钒酸钇)晶体近年来由于晶体生长的进步以及对二极管泵浦的兴趣而变得流行。钒酸晶体具有天然的双折射特性,有助于防止高功率激光器中热致去极化损耗。这些晶体的典型激光发射波长为 1064nm、914nm 和 1342nm。在 1342nm 的发射中,发射线比同类的 Nd:YAG 强得多。
